About the Event
The 2025 Q-HFESA committee welcomes all Queensland members to attend the Annual Business Meeting (ABM) on the 4th November at 5-6pm QLD time.
Attend the online ABM to
• Connect with members across our beautiful state,
• Hear what happened this year,
• Talk about events planned for 2026,
• Have an opportunity to discuss what you would like from the Qld committee and the HFESA,
• Elect members for the 2026 Q-HFESA committee.
If you cannot attend the meeting, reach out to Q-HFESA committee or the HFESA beforehand and still be part of the ABM.

- Event organisers are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, and attendees participate at their own risk.
- Follow any and all instructions provided by event staff and/or event organisers at all times.
- Refunds will be determined by the event organiser; if rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date, with refunds available within a specified period.
- Verbal and physical abuse, bullying or violence is not tolerated in anyway at anytime and will result in immediate removal from any event as determined by the event organiser.
