Exploring the Role of AI in Health, Safety and Human Factors
Synopsis
Cam Stevens will explore the role of artificial intelligence in health and safety. Drawing on his experience from coaching, experimentation and technology deployments, he will share the frameworks and mental models that make for better interaction with AI. He will then look at the role of humans in AI-driven processes, and what changes as agentic AI takes on more of the work. In processes like investigations and procedures, that means updating the RASCI to reflect who is responsible and accountable once part of the work is done by AI.
